Paper & Fonts Stationery Co. is a home base business by appointment only in Columbus, Mississipippi.


We carry a wide range of stationery products, including Wedding Suites, personalized note cards, envelopes, personalized napkins, and customized party invitations.


At this time we are not offering e-commerce. We prefer meeting in person meeting to offer a more personal customer service experience.  We offer shipping and in-store pickup options.

Deposit Policy

Paper & Fonts Stationery Co.


At Paper & Fonts Stationery Co., we love crafting thoughtful and beautiful stationery—custom designs, bulk orders, and digital files alike. To keep everything clear and smooth from the start, here’s how our deposit process works:

1. Getting Started

We require a 50% deposit to begin any custom or large-scale project. This deposit secures your place in our design schedule and allows us to start work.

2. What the Deposit Covers

Your deposit includes:

  • Design time + creative development
  • Project planning and communication
  • Initial drafts and up to 2 rounds of revisions
     
  • Note: The deposit is non-refundable, but it will be applied to your total project cost at final payment.

3. For Digital Orders

If you’re ordering digital-only files (like invitations, logos, or templates), the final payment is due before we send your high-resolution files.


4. For Bulk or Large Orders

For bulk orders, your deposit allows us to begin design work and source any needed materials. The balance is due before we print, assemble, or deliver.

Any extra costs (such as specialty finishes or rush jobs) will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before production.


5. Cancellations

Plans change—we get it. If you need to cancel:

  • Your deposit will be retained to cover time already spent on your project.
     
  • If significant work is completed, a partial payment may be required.

     

6. Final Payment & Delivery

Once you approve your final design:

  • Your deposit is applied to your final balance.
     
  • Full payment is required before we print or send final digital files.
     
  • Then we’ll get everything wrapped up and delivered!
     

By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.
